Covid-19 Policy

Social Distancing

When working on your bike or interacting with you as a customer, we will always maintain a minimum of 2m social distance where possible. when this is not possible, such as during payment, we will maintain the maximum distance that is practicable and employ the use of necessary PPE.

PPE

At all times when working on your bike or interacting with you as a customer, we ask that you use a face covering in line with current government guidance when in close proximity to us. At your request, we are happy to use face coverings and disposable gloves, along with hand sanitiser and general cleaning standards.

Symptoms & Self Isolation

If you begin to show symptoms or are instructed to self isolate before your appointment, please inform us. 

If any person working for or acting on behalf of Service My Bike tests positive for Covid-19 or show symptoms after being in close proximity to a customer, the customer will be informed without delay.

A Note From Us

As a proud member of the local cycling industry, we are very lucky to be able to continue providing our services to you during this difficult  period. Cycling is a great way to keep fit and keep busy during the lockdowns and disturbance, so long as it is done in a safe manor. We really encourage everyone to get out on their bikes and keep fit and healthy.
